DD Waiver Supervised Living Services in Virginia
Xylis Healthcare Services LLC provides DD Residential Supervised Living services for adults with developmental disabilities across Virginia, with our office in Northern Virginia. Our services are designed around each person’s goals and preferences, so people can live safely, build skills and enjoy being part of their community.
24/7 Supervised Support
Our homes are staffed around the clock, so the people we support always have help when they need it. We focus on safety without taking away choice. Staff support people the way they want to be supported, and encourage independence wherever possible.

Person-Centered Planning
Every person has an individual support plan built around their own goals and strengths. We work with the individual, their family or guardian, and their support coordinator to understand what a good life looks like for them. We review the plan regularly and update it as goals and needs change.

- Regular check-ins with the individual, family and support coordinator
- Plans that grow as the person grows
Daily Living and Community Skills
We help people build the everyday skills that lead to more independence, and we make sure there are real chances to take part in the community.
- Daily routines such as cooking, cleaning, personal care and managing a schedule
- Community outings, activities and connections
- Building confidence, communication and decision-making skills
Virginia DD Waivers We Accept
We accept two of Virginia’s DD Medicaid waivers:
- Community Living (CL) Waiver
- Family and Individual Supports (FIS) Waiver
