Xylis Healthcare Services LLC provides the essential, person-centered support that helps adults live safely, grow in independence, and thrive with dignity. We create supportive residential environments for adults with developmental disabilities across Virginia, from our office in Northern Virginia.

We accept two of Virginia’s DD Medicaid waivers: Community Living (CL) and Family and Individual Supports (FIS).
