About Our Services
What services does Xylis Healthcare Services provide?
Xylis Healthcare Services LLC provides DD Residential Supervised Living for adults with developmental disabilities in Virginia. Our services include 24/7 supervised support, person-centered planning, and help with daily living and community skills. You can read more on our Services page.
Who do you serve?
We serve adults with developmental disabilities across Virginia. We work alongside each person, their family or guardian, and their support coordinator to build a home life around the person’s own goals, strengths and preferences.
Is Xylis a group home?
No. Xylis provides DD Residential Supervised Living, a residential service for adults on Virginia’s developmental disability (DD) waivers. It is not a group home. If you’re not sure which residential service fits a person, contact us and we’ll talk it through with you and the person’s support coordinator.
What does 24/7 supervised support mean?
Our homes are staffed around the clock, so the people we support always have help when they need it. We focus on safety without taking away choice, and staff support people the way they want to be supported while encouraging independence wherever possible.
How does person-centered planning work?
Every person has an individual support plan built around their own goals and strengths. We work with the individual, their family or guardian, and their support coordinator to understand what a good life looks like for them. We review the plan regularly and update it as goals and needs change.
Waivers and Referrals
Which Virginia DD waivers do you accept?

Not sure what a person qualifies for? Reach out and we’ll help you figure out the next steps with the person’s support coordinator.
