Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Xylis Healthcare Services LLC (“Xylis,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit xylishealthcare.com (the “Website”) or contact us by phone or email. It covers the Website only. If you receive services from Xylis, how we use and protect your health information is described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information We Collect

Information you choose to send us

The Website has two online forms: a Referral Request form on our Referrals page and a Job Interest form on our Careers page. These forms ask for contact details (such as your name, phone number, email address and role) and a short message. When you submit a form, the information is emailed to our office so we can respond, and the form tool does not keep a copy on the Website. You can also call us at (240) 639-2059 or email us at xylishealthcare@outlook.com, and we receive the information you share.

Please do not send medical records or other private health details by regular email. Email is not a secure way to share health information. We will discuss next steps with you directly.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our Website is hosted by a web hosting company (Hostinger) that uses servers, a content delivery network and caching (including LiteSpeed Cache) to deliver pages quickly and securely. When you visit, these systems may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you request, the referring page and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the Website.

To protect the Website from automated attacks, our hosting provider may sometimes show a short “checking your browser” page and may set a cookie to remember that check.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media tracking pixels. The Website itself does not set cookies for ordinary visitors. Cookies may be set (1) by our hosting provider for security, as described above, and (2) for website administrators when they log in to manage the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Website will still work if you do.

Third-Party Services Used by the Website

  • Hostinger (website hosting, content delivery, security and caching). Hostinger processes technical information about visits so it can deliver the Website.
  • Email delivery. Form submissions are sent by email through our Hostinger business email account and delivered to our office inbox (Microsoft Outlook).
  • Google Fonts. Some pages load fonts from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When this happens, your browser connects to Google, and Google receives your IP address and browser information. See Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Hostinger Reach. The Website loads a script from Hostinger Reach, an email-marketing and signup-form service. We do not currently display any Reach signup forms on the Website. If a Reach form is ever shown, it may record when the form is viewed or submitted.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to your questions, referrals and requests
  • To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Website
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How We Share Information

We share information only (1) with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, such as our hosting provider, (2) when required by law or to protect safety, rights or property, or (3) with your permission.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including HTTPS encryption for the Website. No website or email system is completely secure.

Children

The Website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

Links to Other Websites

The Website may link to other websites, such as government resources or our website designer. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent us through the Website or by email, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements. Contact us at xylishealthcare@outlook.com or (240) 639-2059.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
